In case you wish to change the product you have purchased, you have the option to do so within 7 days from the day you receive your order.
Changes are accepted as long as the product is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it along with the retail sales receipt and including the special markings of the product (tabs).
A change can be made with any product of equal or greater value than the purchase of the product.

Please send the parcel back to us with the company ACSCourier, with which we work, and at the recipient’s expense (ie our own charge). In case you wish to send the parcel with a different company, you bear the entire shipping costs, otherwise we will not receive your parcel and it will be returned to you. The shipping costs of the parcel with the new product are borne by you.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, the shipping costs will be borne by the company.
Refunds are not accepted.
